Vintage navy blue polka dot wrap dress by Lanz. Made of cotton with inner and outer ties. Turned collar and cuffs, wide waistband. In good condition, shows a little fading on the shoulder and sleeve and a little fray on the edge of the tie opening and corner of pocket. See last photo. 

Please note this is a very very small size, just barely wrapping to fit on the professional size 0 dress form which has a 24 inch waist. This would best fit a smaller waist size. Shoulders are quite narrow.
